Bookings

Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours.

All bookings are subject to availability. Any quote given is an estimate of price and will only be confirmed once written confirmation is issued. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and are per room, per night. All booking amendments are subject to availability and applicable pricing. Block out periods may apply.


Special Requests

Whilst Quattro on Astor attempts to accommodate all special requests, we cannot always guarantee that special requests can be accommodated.


Extra Bedding

Unless otherwise specified on your confirmation. Baby cots are at a cost of $10.00 per night. We do not supply rollaway bedding.


Room Allocation Policy

Quattro on Astor has a policy of allocating apartment types at the time of booking and guarantees the allocation of apartment types, as requested at the time of booking. On very rare occasions Quattro on Astor may not be able to offer you the same room for your whole stay. If you are required to move rooms during your stay you will be notified prior to your accommodation payment being processed. If you choose not to accept the booking with the required room move prior to your payment being processed, Quattro on Astor will cancel your booking at no cost to you.


Payment

Payment for the accommodation is required up to 7 days prior to arrival.

Payments can be made by EFT Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Our preferred method of payment is EFT transfer.

You agree to pay all charges incurred for services provided to you during the period of your stay. If not settled in person prior to departure the charges may be added to the credit card provided at the time of booking.


Parking

You must let us know if you require a car space for the duration of your stay. A charge of $25.00 per night will apply.


Cancellation Policy/Refunds

All refunds are made via electronic funds transfer. If you have booked a rate with 24-hour cancellation policy in place, your booking will be refunded in full. You must ensure appropriate notice is provided.


If booking via an online Booking Agency, the terms and conditions provided by them will apply to your booking and you should ask your travel agent/on-line booking agency for a copy of these terms and conditions.


Non-Refundable Bookings

Full payment is required at booking, no amendments or changes will be permitted.


No Show

A no show is when you do not check in on the scheduled day. In the case of a no show your full payment will not be refunded.


Early Departures

Should guests decide to depart earlier than scheduled the accommodation, charges for the unused nights will not be refunded.


Photographic Identification

When you check in you will be asked to provide photographic identification. If you are unable to provide such identification, your reservation may be cancelled.


Check In

Check in time is 2.00pm. We are unable to guarantee check-in prior to this time as rooms need to be cleaned. However we will endeavour to have your room ready between 12pm and 1pm if requested. You may contact us on the day of arrival to check availability for an earlier check-in. You can also leave luggage with us and use on-site parking prior to checking in.


Check Out

Check out time is 10.00am. You may contact us on the day to request a later checkout time. This will be subject to availability. You are welcome to utilize the facilities for the day of departure.


Unaccompanied Minors

All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent or guardian. If a guest is found to be under the age of 18 and is not accompanied by an adult, Quattro on Astor may immediately cancel the guest’s booking.


Travel Insurance

Quattro on Astor strongly recommends that at the time of booking you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes cover for forfeiture of deposits upon cancellation of booking.


Release & Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought into the room or onto grounds or carpark remain your responsibility and Quattro on Astor is not responsible for their safekeeping.


To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Quattro on Astor and its current and former officers, employees and agents against and from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at Quattro on Astor for any reason whatsoever.


You agree to indemnify Quattro on Astor and its current and former officers, employees and agents for all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) incurred or suffered by Quattro on Astor or its current or former officers, employees or agents arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at Quattro on Astor except to the extent caused or contributed to by Quattro on Astor or its current or former officers, employees or agent's negligence.


We grant you a licence to stay at our property and we reserve the right to terminate the licence at any time.


GOOD TO BOOK DISCLAIMER

We are a member of Good To Book, a risk management database for Short Term Accommodation Providers (STAPs) (‘GtoB database’). We will use the GtoB database to search your name and the names of guests booking or staying with you at our accommodation.

If we find an entry on the GtoB database, this indicates that there was some problem caused by you, or one of your guests, at a previous accommodation you have stayed at. Based on information on the GtoB database, we may refuse to accept your accommodation request or booking (and will refund any money you have paid) or we may impose additional restrictions on your stay (for example, an additional security bond).

We cannot check the accuracy of the GtoB database nor can we disclose to you any information on the GtoB database or the STAP who uploaded the information, as this information is confidential. The information on the database is used for evaluative purposes so accommodation providers can decide whether to enter into a contract for accommodation with you or not. Any concerns you have with the GtoB database will need to be discussed with GtoB directly. You can contact GtoB via email at admin@goodtobook.com.

We accept no liability for our use of the GtoB database, including any reliance we make on the information contained on the GtoB database, even if the information uploaded is incorrect.

We may also upload information to the GtoB database if you cause damage or harm to us, our staff, guests or our property during your stay. Providing we are not negligent, we will not be liable to you or any other person for any consequence arising from the upload of information to the GtoB database by us.
